STAY OUT OF TROUBLE
One of the biggest concern a nomad adventurer can have when sleeping outdoors is to keep the bugs away at night. The Cocoon Net & Pouch does that and even more by covering the hammock from end to end with a high-quality mesh. The Cocoon ensures a bug-free experience while preserving air circulation and letting you stare at the stars.
The Cocoon surrounds your hammock on all sides to provide complete protection from even the smallest disease-carrying insects. The Cocoon does not need to stay attached on the hammock at all time and is easy to install or remove.
HEADROOM FOR STARGAZING
The Cocoon is tall enough to accommodate two hammocks one on top of the other... not that we would recommend that, of course. On a solo trip, the interior space provides plenty of headroom between you and the net while sitting up, so you can enjoy unprecedented visibility of your surroundings.
Our no-see-um nylon netting is optimized for strength, protection, and airflow. With a very high-density of holes per square inch (500+), even the smallest bugs aren’t getting in. Enter and exit the Cocoon using the U-shaped coil zipper.
INNOVATIVE GEAR POUCH
The Cocoon features a Gear Pouch to let you keep your bag and other valuables at arm's length at all time during the night. The Pouch has a rated capacity of 20 pounds.
ADJUSTABLE POUCH HEIGHT
The Gear Pouch's height is adjustable through straps & buckles integrated into the Cocoon. The weight of the gear in the pouch is supported by the Cocoon straps and small carabiners attached to the hammock's suspension system.
REFLECTIVE TENSION LINES
A high-visibility reflective material is woven into the 2mm cord, making camp easier to navigate in the dark. We also designed our ridgeline system to make it adjustable, for you to always pitch it right on the first try.
