To activate your warranty, you must register your products.


Simply put, we’ve got your back. This guarantee covers everything that might happen to your gear in a normal usage scenario. For example, tearing the bug mesh by putting too much weight or pressure in it or in the pouch would not be covered. All products that would fail under normal usage will be repaired or replaced. If the product does not perform as expected and you're not fully satisfied with your experience, we’ll make it right.


This is for any out-of-the-box manufacturing defects, please note that this guarantee does not cover normal wear-and-tear, cosmetic wear unrelated to function or safety, or damage caused by misuse. A few scuffs on your product show you’ve been putting it to good use! If something breaks or goes awry, don’t fret. We’ll take care of you.

When we can, we will issue a replacements from our stock of gently used items in the same or better condition. All warranty replacements are certified to be clean and fully-functioning.

Need to make a warranty claim? Make sure your gear is registered then follow these steps:

Step 1 Email us
Please email us at with your gear story and a few photos that show how the gear is defective or nonfunctioning.

Step 2 Return + replace
We will determine whether your gear can be repaired or replaced. If so, we’ll ask you to ship your gear back to us. POS will not assume shipping fees.

Step 3 Ship package
Ship your product to the address we will give you. For international customers, be sure to ship the package via a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. POS cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable. After we receive your package, we’ll email you tracking on your new or repaired gear once shipped.

Returns: If you are not satisfied with any Promethan OS product upon delivery, or if the product does not perform to your satisfaction, please contact us at within 30 days of purchase, so we can make things right. We do our best to process returns and exchanges within 7 business days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or in like new condition, similar to the condition that you received it. There must be no signs of wear, stains, or smells.
